The Role
As a RegionalAccountCoordinatorin EFEducational Tourscustomerservicedepartment, you willplay an integral role in helping students see the world.You willbe the frontline of communication for student travelers and their parents before, during, and after their travel experiences. In this dynamic, phone-based customer service position, you must be ready to help travelers with anything and everything, and you will be expected to go above and beyond to ensure our customers are satisfied.Attention to detail is a must, as you will be responsible for financial transactions and critical traveler information.Finally, make sure to bring your passion and persuasive skills to work every day because you will have sales targets that impact EFs profitability and growth.Come work in a supportive, team environment where you will be challenged to grow and learn!

The Regional Account Coordinator role requires flexibility regarding assigned shifts.This is a seasonal, hourly position with a 37.5 hour work week.It does have the possibility of turning into a permanent position based on your performance and the company needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Superbcommunicationskills (preferably phone experience)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• International travel preferred
• Fluent Spanish-speakers encouraged to apply
