Mechanical Engineer / Engineering Project Mgr at Stow

Job Description

Skill :

BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering required with a minimum of 5 years of engineering component designs in the automotive industry.
Experience must include plastic injection molding, metal stampings, and/or castings.
Experience working on automotive audio system components (speakers, bass boxes, amplifiers) is a plus.
General understanding of a broad range of other engineering disciplines (manufacturing, thermal, acoustics, electrical) will be needed.
Must be able to interpret and apply GD&T. Experience running mechanical FEAs a plus.
Ability to use Unigraphics NX2 for model review and simple manipulations required; advanced UG design capability preferred.

Proven ability to generate development plans, meet committed milestones, maintain records of project status, bring products from design to production, and work with customers and suppliers as required to develop a design that satisfies the intended application. Strong communication (oral and written), and organizational skills required. Ability to travel as required
