The position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work in a team environment, and meet individual activity and sales growth targets while multi-tasking in a variety of sales and recruiting functions. As a member of the NESCO Resource team, duties could include recruitment, marketing to prospective clients, maintain and build on new and existing client relationships, and understand the marketplace. Qualified candidates should have 2 plus years of successful experience in the staffing industry with s drive to grow and succeed.
