Customer Support Specialist at Worcester

Job Description



Do you take pride in exceeding customer expectations? Are you a positive, upbeat person who likes helping others? Do you instinctively know how people feel good at the other end of the phone?

Our Customer Support Specialists assure that customers expectations are consistently and satisfactorily met. They act as the front-end contact for customers at the branch and handle and resolve customer complaints. Occasionally, they complete sales transactions with walk-in customers. Customer Support Specialists work closely with Outside Sales Reps and other team members in providing expert customer-level support.

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge construction and/or home improvement processes
* Basic knowledge of the sales process
* Basic knowledge of purchase and work orders
* Good communication and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution
* Basic mechanical aptitude
* Safety awareness
* Good computer/data entry skills

Required Experience

* High School diploma (or equivalent)
* 2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably in a related industry
