We also have recently added SBA lending to our product lines that our loan officers can benefit from. We are seeking proven Loan Originators, to expand our office. With our national footprint our leads are the best possible, highest converting available. Loan Originators enjoy excellent benefits and commission, and have access to experienced in-house processors to assist with files. We understand what top tier loan officers need -- aggressive pricing, competitive compensation package, state of the art technology and of course the ability to offer multiple products. Responsibilities: You will work with customers who have applied for a mortgage with Evolve Bank & Trust, collect and analyze their financial information, determine which financial product meets their specific needs to purchase a home or refinance an existing mortgage and ensure compliance with all lending regulations The majority of our transactions are conducted efficiently across the country via telephone, so strong phone skills are mandatory. Duties Include: Producing high quality loans which meet Evolves guidelines while providing excellent customer service Contacting and following up on provided leads and converting to committed borrowers Providing a High Level of Customer Service Developing and maintaining a high degree of visibility for Evolve in the community Underwriting turn times average 24-48 hours! Required Skills Highly motivated and energetic Comfortable in a high energy, team-oriented environment Ability to offer counseling, advice, and first class customer service to our customers Strong organizational, verbal and written skills Required Experience 2 years of mortgage / financial services experience is preferred, we will consider candidates with proven track record in consultative sales College preferred, but not mandatory with proven sales or mortgage experience Benefits and Compensation Commission-based pay.
