Senior Business System AnalystSenior Business Systems Analyst to work with App Dev team on use cases with Claims Processing for major HIX projectESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED (What skills/experiences must this person have to even be considered?)JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in systems analysis including Use Case development Data analysis Defect analysis & triage Effort / risk estimation Healthcare payor background Self-starter Able to turn around deliverables quickly and aggressively follow up on open questions & issuesNONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED (including team oriented, managerial skills, etc.)Other healthcare (provider) backgroundHARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGESSQL experience a big plusEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBS or equivalent and 7-10 years experience in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent combination.
