Automotive Service Advisor at Westborough

Job Description

Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough is currently looking for motivated, forward thinking male and female Service Advisor.

The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed service to customers.

Other responsibilities and duties are as follows, but are not limited to scheduling service appointments, advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers specifications, and keeping customers informed of any changes in their estimate or promised time and receives proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed on a customers vehicle.
