Overview:
The primary emphasis of the sales administrator is to provide administrative support to the District Manager, Client Relations Manager and Oasis clients. This position plays a major role in the output of the organization by creating, completing and auditing various administrative functions.

Business Contributions:
The output generated by the sales administrator is proficient administrative functions that provide support and direction to the District Manager, Client Relations Manager and ultimately the clients of Oasis. Three major business contributions the sales administrators to Oasis Outsourcing are:

Clerical Support

Administrative Support

Client Satisfaction

Essential Functions: (Percentage of time spent on each task in parentheses)

Administrative Functions (45%)

o Weekly Reports

o Weekly Internal Pipeline Reports

o RVP/DM expense reports

o Maintain schedules DM/RVP

o Travel

o Weekly appointments

o Create/Distribute weekly meeting agendas

o Sales Logix Support

o Duplicate Client Checking

o Edit Opportunities for PECs

o Assist District Manager with creating accounts

o Reconcile Implementation Report with Sales Logix

o RVP/DM/PEC Support

o Lead generation/tracking

o Audit/Input proposal requests

o Written correspondence

o Cost sheet preparation

o Census preparation

o Compile generic proposal binders, benefit kits and orientation packets

o Log/Audit/Overnight Closing Documents

HR Services/Field Implementation Support (30%)

o Prepare and organize client binders and folders

o Assist in Open Enrollment

o Prepare and pre-populate/code new client applications and benefit enrollment forms

o Assist as needed with Davidson reports

o Assist with new client reports

Clerical Functions (25%)

o Reception Duties

o Answer telephone

o Greet office visitors

o General office tasks

o Maintain office equipment

o Copy and file

o Mail Tasks/Retrieve/Distribute/ Ship

o Accounting

o Prepare invoices for weekly submittal

o Prepare check request and purchase orders

o I9 verification

o Assist District Manager with employee programs

o Maintain inventory

o Office supplies

o Trade show supplies

o Marketing supplies

o State/Federal posters

o 401k packets

Performance Standards:

Sales Administrators performance is evaluated by:

Proficiency in completing tasks for the District Manager

Proficiency in completing tasks for the Client Relations Manager



Job Requirements


Work Environment: The majority of work is performed in an office environment. Attendance at meetings is required. Travel may be required. The noise level is usually moderate. Air quality is good and temperature is controlled.
