B.S. in Civil Engineering w/MA P.E. required. 10-12 years civil engineering exp., prior office mgmt preferred. Exp. with water, sewer, drainage, roadway, site design, stormwater management & dam engineering plus project permitting /public presentation, cost estimating, grant application assistance, construction admin/ inspection knowledge, and interfacing with clients. Ability to manage staff, track billings and backlog & general office operations.
