Proctor Supervisor at Springfield

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Proctor Supervisor for our Therapeutic Foster Careoffice located inWest Springfield, MA. As a Proctor Supervisor you will provide both clinical and non-clinical foster care services to an assigned caseload of clients. You will also provide ongoing case management services to children in the Therapeutic Foster Care program. This includes ongoing treatment planning, acting as a community/agency liaison, advocacy and in home/school interventions.

As a Proctor Supervisor you would supervise a case load of proctor homes and provide variety of services to support them. You would also serve as liaison between the proctor parents, school, biological parents and other collateral agencies as appropriate. Home visits and on-call rotation are also part of the responsibilities.

Job Requirements

For consideration, you must have:

*BA/S in a related Human Services field,a MA/S is preferred

*at leasttwo (2)years of related experience with children and families.

*a valid Mass drivers license with a good driving record
