If so, Adecco has the perfect job for you!The Claims Processor / Claims Specialist works in the Claims Department, overseeing the processing of various claims; this can include pulling documents, following up with clients, medical offices, etc., providing status updates on claims, etc.Data Entry of claims into system.Send acknowledgement letters to third party administrators of claim receipt. Assign new inventory to Claims team.Provide status update on claims currently in process to third party administrators.Detail code line item entry of submitted claims into system.Ensure Claim Balances - system vs. submitted documentation.Contact third party administrators to obtain corrected claims documentation when claim does not balance.Contact third party administrators to obtain appropriate CPT codes.Job Requirements
Experience using the Internet, Lotus Notes, MS Excel, MS Word.Requires ability to work and solve problems independently after completion of training sessions. Must have a strong working knowledge of systems applications, and be comfortable using computers. Should be results oriented, learn quickly and able to make sound decisions after appropriate training.Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written as well as exemplary organizational skills.Excellent customer services skills including an ability to follow through, take ownership and drive all assigned tasks to completion.Ability to multi-taskCountry: USA, State: Massachusetts, City: Wellesley Hills, Company: Adecco.
