Compensation: $57,272.99 to $70,000.00 per year

Our client a leading construction and property management firm located south of Boston seeks a Controller. As the controller you will report to the owner who has a successful track record of over 35 years in business. The controller will be tasked with complete financial management through month end financial reporting. . You will also take the lead role representing the company with lending sources for construction projects. Other duties will include HR management and interaction with the outsourced IT provider. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years accounting experience within the construction property management industry.
