Customer Service Rep. at Canton

Job Description

Job Classification: Contract Call Center Rep. Will be working for the Open Enrollment Project. Call Center reps will will be taking 60+ calls per day for specific Mercer clients internal employees. Employees will call with questions on 401K, how to sign up, how to cancel, makes changes to investment amounts, sign up for benefits, make changes to benefits, and will also be responsible for answering questions or escalating calls when needed. Candidate will then enter the information from the call into the database.Start on 9/18Training will be for 3 or 4 weeks and will be from 8:00-5:00pm. Once training is over the following shifts are available are anywhere from 8am-9pm. Candidates must be flexible to work any shift as shifts will be given part way through training. Mercer will do there best to accomidate shift preferences but it is not guaranteed. Candidates must take the Mercer Assessment which can be taken from home.
