QUALITY ENGINEER

Responsible for process and system support within the facility. Primary focus will be with Production and QA processes/operations; Production and QA equipment; Production and QA tools, calibrations and documentation. A complete 4 year Engineering or Science degree and/or 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing quality environment is required for this position. Must have experience with quality tools and software. ASQ/CQE Certification and experience working in a FDA and/or Automation environment preferred.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS

12 hour day and night shifts
The Supervisor has two major functions Maintenance and Improvement. Maintenance of daily results, making certain that standards are being followed, requires a strong sense of self discipline. Improvement (Kaizan) of current standards by establishing higher targets. Bachelors degree or 5+ years leadership experience in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment at a group lead level or higher required.

MAINTENANCE LEAD

12 hour day shift
The Maintenance Lead role is comprised of three primary functions; that of a Technical Trainer, a Process Team Leader, and also as an Automation Technician. Requires education equivalent to an accredited apprenticeship in a recognized trade, craft, or occupation, or equivalent to a 2 year technical college education and 10 years maintenance and facility experience; and strong technical competencies in electro-mechanical and automation skills.

ELECTRICIAN/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

12 hour day shift
Maintain, install and repair a variety of complex electrical systems and equipment required to operate and control production machines and building facilities. Ensure compliance with required codes and regulations. Massachusetts Electrical Journey-mans license required, Master Electrician license preferred, 3-5 years experience in an industrial setting and experience with injection molding machines a plus.
