Summary of Position

The Marketing Operations Manager will gather and analyze data across geographic markets on the healthcare enterprise segment, report on marketing lead generation programs, perform market opportunity and penetration analyses, and manage prospect lists and databases, including managing the budget for purchasing third party data.

Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into database-related analysis
Support the global enterprise marketing team in tracking and assessing lead generation programs
Size global market potential by geography and/or segment, working to match prospect and existing customer lists
Partner with Sales Operations to continually improve the data in and the ability to derive insight from our CRM tool, SalesLogix
Process customer communication programs, including producing, on a monthly basis, annual enterprise customer usage reports
Manage the annual budget for purchasing third party prospect databases and other healthcare enterprise market information sources, including processing all Purchase Orders and performing monthly budget updates
Perform ad-hoc reporting requests
Assist with analysis of survey responses

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
2 to 5 years experience in marketing operations
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel.
Expertise working with a sales force automation tool like Salesforce.com or SalesLogix
Experience working with an email marketing tool like Exact Target or Bronto
Demonstrated data interpretation capabilities
Familiarity negotiating and working with prospect list vendors
Facile attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
