Classification: Software Engineer

Compensation: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our growing team of top e-commerce technology professionals. Focusing on the core platform as well as client integrations, the Senior Software Developer will be expected to grow into architectural and development ownership over significant components of our platform. This role has a full-stack orientation, with added focus on back-end systems. Candidates must be biased towards action, with a primary goal of rapidly building and deploying working software increments that deliver business value.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of software development in high-volume, consumer-facing web applications with a minimum of 3 years in a .Net environment working primarily with C# Experience in agile/scrum development methodologies Performance optimization mindset, including skill with multi-threaded applications Deep experience with at least some e commerce-related technologies such as shopping cart, faceted search, catalog building, CMS and payment APIs Experience with and adherent to MVC design patternAdditional Skills: A strong, visible portfolio of past work (including side projects and open source contributions as well as job-related work) is the best demonstration of the required and valued skills Mobile development experience Connectivity expertise (Data Direct, Ole Db, Biztalk, EDI) Data serialization via JSON/ XML/ webservices Image manipulation Clarification/ taxonomies/ data object modeling Security and PCI compliance Familiarity with non-Windows stacks (Java/ LAMP/ RUBY)
