Job Description

We are looking for a Director, Solutions Consulting to join our expanding team. This position is preferred to be located in one of Epsilons primary office locations (Wakefield, MA; New York, NY; Dallas, TX), with flexibility for the right candidate. The Solutions Consultant will be tasked with being the primary, client facing, technical expert for the Solution Consulting team, with a primary focus on the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of products.

This position will require frequent travel (up to 50%) and management of multiple concurrent projects and priorities, often on tight timelines. The successful candidate must be highly organized, communicate and present in a professional and engaging manner, listen well and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will rapidly gain an understanding of Epsilons marketing platforms (with primary focus on the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite) and related services offerings in order to:

-Successfully demonstrate Epsilons solution capabilities (leveraging Adobe Marketing Cloud products) to prospective clients in a compelling manner within the context of their business and marketing environment

-Drive the functional and technical discovery process to qualify, size and scope new business opportunities

-Effectively collaborate with sales teams (including cross-functional representatives from sales, client services, product management and custom development) in the pursuit of new business opportunities

-Serve as a subject matter expert in proposing and presenting Epsilon / Adobe Marketing Cloud offerings

-Generate detailed scoping documentation for implementation teams

-Technically advise on integration projects

-Advise on best practices utilization of advanced product functionality

-Provide highly competent technical project management for short term engagements

-Provide periodic basic and advanced training on Adobe Marketing Cloud products for prospects

Qualifications
Primary Technical skills:

-Adobe Marketing Cloud (with focus on Analytics, Target and Experience Manager)

-Database, CRM, and SQL technical knowledge

-Moderate HTML skills

-Moderate XML specification and development

Peripheral Technical skills:

-Technical knowledge of campaign management applications (i.e. Unica, Alterian, SAS, Neolane, Epiphany)

-Technical knowledge of email deployment platforms (i.e. Epsilon, Responsys, ExactTarget, CheetahMail, eDialog, Acxiom Digital)

-Technical knowledge of mobile (SMS) deployment platforms (preferred, not mandatory)

-Technical knowledge of social media monitoring / management platforms (preferred, not mandatory)

-Technical knowledge of business intelligence tools (i.e.; Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Cognos, etc.)

-Technical knowledge of web analytics solutions (i.e. Coremetrics, Omniture, Webtrends)

Additional Skills:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Strong sense of service for internal as well as external clients

-Proven ability to work well in a team sales environment

-Strong project management skills

-Very strong ability to keep deadlines

-Understanding of marketing concepts and strategies

-Understanding of multi-channel marketing database solutions

-Experience in contributing to RFP responses as a technical expert

Bachelors degree required, Advanced Degree preferred
