Senior Quality Control Manager The Public Sector Healthcare group at CGI Federal is looking for a Quality Control Lead with specific expertise in Software Quality Processes and practices to join our project team. We are looking for a hard working team player who is committed to providing high quality and value add services to our client. Individuals must also be highly collaborative and have familiarity with business functions and have specific expertise in area of testing. Must be able to communicate with team members within all levels of the project team. Specific responsibilities include planning, managing, and developing the Quality Control team for the program. Also involves integrating quality best practices within the delivery teams to ensure we provide high quality products to our customer. Development of the Quality Control Team (includes recruiting and team needs) Develop/Implement Software Quality Processes and Best Practices for Agile teams Staffing of Work Packages across the program Develop and train team on software quality skills set and consulting skills Implement process improvements Analyze metrics and historical data and ability to propose and enforce change Perform member expectations/evaluations Facilitate QC team meetings Coach/Mentor team members Work closely with Solutions and Delivery teams regarding quality of deliveries Anticipates future customer, industry and information technology trends. Project planning, organization, direction and control QA processes.Additional responsibilities: Support process analysis across disciplines (functional and technical) Support Program level activities and initiatives as part of the HIX Leadership team Support internal and external QA audits and activities (CMS or IV&V) Provide support to other CMS Account projects At CGI, were a team of builders.
